We had an amazing experience with this hotel. The Front Desk especially "Amber" help us get into town and she even booked tours for us. We were always greeted with kindness and professional service. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone wanting a pleasant experience at an affordable price.

Polite and efficient staff. Stylish and comfortable rooms (also a bit small). Breakfast buffet is overpriced but room service is good. I was able to walk to the ferry and to the old city to take a canal tour but it might be too far for people who don't walk much. Otherwise there are some good dining options nearby. There is a great local market nearby on Saturdays.

Visiting Amsterdam and surrounding area. The hotel needs updating but the location makes it easy for parking and proximity to get into Amsterdam via the ferry or shuttle. Nearby area has some restaurants and grocery store. Much cheaper than staying in Amsterdam so we have stayed here twice over the last year when visiting Amsterdam.

Great stay overall. The room was pretty spacious, quiet and super clean. The staff is extremely friendly. We made a reservation through Hotels.com but it wasn’t in the system when we checked in however the check in desk person took care of it right away. The shuttle in to town is extremely convenient. The neighborhood was fine... I couldn’t put my finger on it but it may have been a bit more modest considering all the security the hotel has.
