Good location, but overpriced.
Overpriced room looking down at a homeless camp site. As any hotel they will try to suck out your money in every possible way. Parking is limited and overpriced. Rooms were probably new back in the 80s. Location is great in relation to the MODA center. Not a human-centered user experience. It could be better. The german front desk employee was very kind and welcoming.

This was the perfect stay for the concert I attended. The venue was very close for walking too, even after recent knee surgery. The staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious. I will be back!

Not safe to park there
The location was convenient for our purpose. Parking at $25 per day on top of our stay was annoying. Not to mention it’s not safe to park there- another in our party had the catalytic converter stolen while parked there. Staff had some awesome employees, but a few terrible ones stood out.
