Our stay was very satisfying and most enjoyable. Ertan is a great host. We contracted his services for two days Cappadocia tour which was reasonably priced and very satisfying. Ertan is a great tour guide, he knows his history. The Turkish breakfast served were very good. When back to the region, we will stay at the Red Horse again!

My family stayed in two rooms at the Red Horse hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were comfortable, clean and completely updated. They are close to town and walking distance to many restaurants. From start to finish Erthan was the consummate host. We came from California, and did not know what activities to do in Cappadocia. Erthan helped us every step of the way, from arranging tours, transportation to restaurant recommendations. He truly made our stay here special and unforgettable.

Highly recommend this hotel!
I stayed here with my family including 2 kids for 3 nights. We received a very warm welcome at the beginning by Mr. Ertan and Mrs. İsminaz and this lasted till the moment we left the hotel. We felt a sincere and tranquil atmosphere and even kids became fond of them. The hotel was new and very clean. Beds were really comfortable. Breakfasts were amazing, you will definitely need such a rich and delicious breakfast just before you begin a long day during which you will definitely be very tired while visiting so many places. Moreover, it is not far away from the main visiting sites. As for the hotel staff, as I mentioned above, they were so kind, friendly and helpful, did everything to make us feel at home. Having worked as a professional guide in the region, Mr. Ertan was like our special travel advisor. While having your breakfast in the morning or drinking tea in the evening, you may also find him next to you as a valuable family member that you needed and missed. He and his staff value you as a distinguished guest rather than a usual customer. I sincerely believe that you will not regret if you stay at the Red Horse Hotel. I have already recommended to my friends and family members living abroad who are planning to visit Cappadocia in the coming October. I would like to offer my special thanks to Mr. Ertan and wonderful staff of the hotel again for their warm hospitality and exceptional service.

Our stay was good at the red horse hotel, staff, owners were exceptional. The rooms are very roomy and beds are extremely comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. They are all very friendly, helpful here and have great knowledge of Cappadocia as well as the history of Cappadocia and Türkiye. We would recommend all types of guests to come and stay at the red horse hotel.

Ben her zaman farklı yerlerde kalma, farklı şeyler denemeyi severim ve şu ana kadar farklı yerlerde kalmadığım olmamıştır. Ancak Ertan Bey ve otel ekibi o kadar nazik o kadar yardımcıydı ki bir seneye kalmadan tekrar burada kalmaya geleceğiz. Gerçekten hizmet sektörü nasıl olmalı, insanlar işini nasil severek yapar bunu gösterdiler iki gece üç gün boyunca. Oda biraz soğuk geldi, söyledik iki saat içinde sıcacık oldu. Sohbet esnasında nerelere gidecegimizi soyledik ve bize onun yerine su sunu tavsiye ederim daha otesi yok eminim dedi ve gercekten de 4 kere kapadokyaya gelmiştim daha önce ama kapadokyada yaptığım en guzel etkinlikler oldu. Odalar butik odel odalari, ama hizmet, ilgi, naziklik acisindan degil kapadokyada tüm Türkiye'de beş yıldızlı otellerde göremeyeceğiz hizmeti burada tadacaksınız eminim. İşini böyle severek yapan kalmamış, şu ana kadar böyle bir ilginin mümkün olmadigini düşünürdüm. İşini yapmış olmak için yapanlarla dolu bir hizmet sektörünün içinde gerçekten bizi son derece şaşirttınız.
