Primitivt och ohjälpsama
Jag betalade online och när jag kom fram så vägrade dem erkänna min betalning, på grund av att dem hade ej konto hos en bank eller kort så visste dem inte hur dem skulle få pengarna av Hotels.com.. Och det va tydligen mitt fel att dem inte visste. Hade även min 2 åring med mig fick vänta i 3 timmar utan en lösning och dem ville inte heller ge mig ett rum tills dem löste det heller.. Efter frustrationen tog vid hittade jag ett annat hotell som jag betalade för och väntar på en återbetalning av Hotels.com rekommenderar hotel vala ca 500 m bort.. Tar kort och bra service
