A comfortable hotel. Room had not been completely cleaned but front desk attendant was very gracious when i requested clean sheets to put on my bed and hand soap for my room.

When I arrived the lobby was very crowded, while standing in line waiting to check in there was a man who was upset cause one of the rooms he rented was was occupied by someone else. There was also a woman waiting who was told she would have to wait 25 minutes for her room to be cleaned and it was 4:25 pm, check in is supposed to be 4pm. We were there for a festival going on that night, after we returned we got into the jacuzzi which didn’t work. When I called the front desk, he told me I would have to talk with the manager in the morning. The next morning when i was checking out, i again mentioned the jacuzzi and asked to speak with the manager about a discount. He told me they don’t have jacuzzi rooms, only rooms with big bathtubs and that he would put in a note for the manager to call me. I only rented the room st this facility was for the jacuzzi tub which was listed in the site. Purely false advertising and I have yet to receive a call.
