die Sauberkeit der Zimmer kann nur bedingt beurteilt werden, bei Anreise ok und dann wurde die nächsten 3 Tage gar nicht gereinigt!!!! Sauna ist ganz, ganz klein, die sollte auf Grund von Corona gar nicht geöffnet werden. Finde ich unverantwortlich!!! Mitarbeiter: von wortkarg bis sehr freundlich

nice hotel, nice staff - nice a la carte resturante and nice breakfast BUT, a huge disappointment to visit the evening restaurant with buffet - direct bad food - salad there is rotten, not human food Overcooked meat, and generally poor standard - can not be recommended = waste of money Visit this lovely hotel, which is nicely located - visit the lovely a la carte resturan at hotels and you will have a wonderful holiday

Et lidt kedeligt og slidt værelse men stort. Hotellet som sådan pænt men anonymt. Udsigt fra værelset fin. Morgenmad standard - ikke 4-stjernet. Personalet lidt sløvt. Pæn stor pool, men ikke noget miljø. Men samlet fint til prisen. I gåafstand til byen.

Selve hotellet er fint, god service ved indtjekning men ingen information og at de lames lige udenfor på taget. Vi prøver at klage men de er meget afvisende, jeg ringer til hotel.com som så ringer til hotellet som siger at det kun drejer sig om 3 timer fra 14-18 som vi så tror på. Og næste dag kl 09:00 begynder det så igen Og ellers en lækker morgenbuffet hvis man kan lide pandekager der er lige så sprøde som kiks . Hvis man ikke er tysk eller kan tysk er de rimelige afgante

Smuk udsigt men ikke mere end det !
Hotellet har en virkelig god på Wurmberg ved siden af kabelbanen, vandre- og cyklingsruter. Med meget smuk udsigt. Dog skal man være opmærksom på at hotellet er meget umoderne. Værelset vi fik var rummeligt men havde en sur gammel lugt, udluftning hjalp slet ikke. Der var ret støvet da vi ankom, badeværelse er lysnet men højden på både toilet og bordplade er til den lave side. Klassisk gammeldags buffet (morgen og aften) som i 70'erne dog med venligt personale. Jeg følte ikke at vi fik et værelse på et 4 stjernet luksus hotel som forventet!
