    I was very disappointed! The hotel is outdated. I did not get the room I booked. A queen-size bed in this hotel is 2 small beds together. I did not have access to the parking and the staff was not friendly. They did not have any food available at night or even snacks. I booked another hotel the next day.     They didn’t clean our room for our entire 3 night stay , we had to repeatedly ask for towels. We complained twice and asked to speak to a manager but nothing was done. They claimed it was due to COVID-19 but actually they’d didn’t have enough staff and the hotel was empty.
