Love ❤️ the area easy to walk anywhere. Gave this stay as a Bday present weekend to my sister-in-law. She absolutely loved it. I had been at this hotel in October, had a really good experience.

Parking not convenient
Only gripe we had, is how convoluted the parking is. It requires two separate elevators, and requires 10 min to get to your car. Normally, wouldn't be an issue, but with small kids, it was an adventure each time.

The staff was excellent and all areas were kept very clean. There was an excess of street noise (perhaps extremely loud motorcycles), pillows left me with a headache and the hot tub could use a bit of updating. Overall, I’d stay here again, I’d just bring my own pillow and earplugs.

Nice place, nice bar, just avoid the basement room. Devil's Backbone or something like that. Definitely not worth the $229 I paid.

Stay was great. Parking was tricky. Very tight parking garage with limited spaces. Check in, the room, and overall facility were all great. We stayed on the 4 th floor and the drag racers/ loud engines in the street below made it hard to sleep.

This was a very beautiful hotel. It was exceptionally clean. The room was very spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable. It is right downtown Grand Rapids within walking distance to many restaurants and bars.
