Surprising that if you wanted to use the pool you have to pay but the Onsen was included. For Western culture travelers with kids/teenagers we would have prefer to have the free access to the pool. Hotel was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly but not sure if it was the language barriers that make the process of things slow. Over all I would recommend the hotel.

Our room was on the 32nd floor. When we arrived it was hot. Tried to turn on everything but nothing would turn on unless you had a room key plugged into a slot by the door. The room was tidy and clean. The furniture though in the sitting/ living room. There was a couch that was big enough for two people to sit on. The furniture was actually quite uncomfortable. The facility does has washer and dryers in the basement. As per the rules listed if no one comes to get them seek help from staff. They’ll take care of it. Overall the hotel was good. The breakfast brunch was good too. Buffet style if you paid for it. And the hotel also has a mini mart across from the restaurant so you don’t need to leave the property. I would stay here again. Also within walking distance to Dontonbori .

as room size is always a concern in japan, the room we had in this one is actually pretty good, there is a subway entrance right beside the hotel but seems it’s quite a distance walk underground to the actual subway entrance. it’s also a very busy hotel so plan your time use the elevator.
