Had to wait 37 minutes at 2:30 am for a hotel audi
I called a week prior to inform them I was arriving late in the evening. My flight was delayed so I arrived super late around 2:30 am. When I arrived, I was told by the front desk staff, I had to wait an additional 37 minutes because the computers were doing an "audit!" I was super cranky and tired and tried by best to practice patience. It was very unfortunate.

Great stay
Check in was perfect, our room was clean and comfy; it’s definitely hard to please me when it comes to beds and this one was just a little springy for my liking, but literally everything else was flawless. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and watched the other guests sing karaoke, which was entertaining. Our food was good and the drinks hit the spot, and we didn’t think the pricing was bad and what’s even better was the service provided. I didn’t catch our servers name but she was so sweet and polite. We will definitely be using the DoubleTree again :-)
