The price was cheap, but when you get there they try to upselling you on everything. The place is set up for all inclusive, but if you opped out its impossable to pay for a drink or eat here because you have to goto the reception to pay for things. Then go back with the receipt to get it, they do this on purpouse so you just give into the all inclusive. As far as the room was very dirty, the daily cleaner had a time slot to clean they completly dissreguard. And haggle you to tip if you want it cleaned properly. The building elevator didnt work and would not move my room without paying more. From staff to management this place was a joke, I will never recomend anyone to stay here. Took the fun right out of the vacation.

Terrible, the hotel was outdated and dirty

Need to have more directions on accessing menus, app, etc. at check in. Bath tub bars have broken and been glued back on many times. Showers are hand showers in tub. Not comfortable. Food is terrible.

Worst resort ever, staff mean, rude, very unwelcoming attitude. Waste of time, money, and worst experience in my 2 weeks in Quintana Roo......

This was the worst resort I have ever stayed at , from the room with the broken tv , broken toilet, “jungle view with a window smaller than the one in my bathroom , terrible food , bottom shelf liquor , and no one even offering to help improve our stay in anyway. My husband and I were supposed to stay for two days sans lasted 12 hours before we checked out to relocate to another resort . I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone .

We had a beach front room and loved that there was a bali bed right in our porch! It also seemed like there was a lot of Bali beds that you could use without paying for which I’ve never seen at a resort before! We also had great drinks but only okay food-definitely better than some other resorts but not a ton of options. Eveyone was friendly and we had a great massage at the spa as well! Overall, i think it’s a good deal here as we had access to every part of the resort for a reasonable price!!

I loved the staff & the check in process. Everyone was pleasant and friendly and hands on every time I needed something. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me my husband and I.

Great location right on the beach!!! Good food, nice rooms and GREAT STAFF!!! Nice resort for families. They still making improvements on the resort. There are steps every where ( your in Mexico ). Had a great vacation!
