Don't stay at this hotel!
I booked this hotel because they advertised free airport shuttle service. Upon check in, I was informed shuttle service started at 5 am. My flight started boarding at 5:05 am with a departure time of 5:30. The hotel desk clerk didn't believe me when I gave him my flight information. He was under the impression flights started at 6 am. I did not have a car and was forced to hire a ride to the airport at additional expense. I tried to hire an Uber but none were available. I was ultimately able to get a Lyft ride but I was very stressed out wondering if I would even make my flight. The poor condition of the room also needs to be noted. I found stains on the carpet, a plastic fork on the furniture, mold in the bathroom and when I wiped down the bathroom counter, the wipe showed dirt stains! Needless to say, I will NEVER stay at this hotel again.

Need upgrades and makeover!!!!
Horrible.... residents constantly smoked... fire alarm went off forcing us outside in fridget conditions... dingy rooms... rusted ceilings and shower heads .... towel and face cloth shortage.... more like homeless shelter.... will not be returning or recommending .... location is positive though... near airport

Staff was nice, but the conditions of this place are bad. It hasn’t been updated in ages. Even though we had a no- smoking room, it smelled like cigarettes. Mold was evident in the bathroom. Vending machines didn’t work. It felt half-abandoned.

Didn’t like that the toilets for the rooms were connected. If you were going potty and the person in the other room sits down you shake. Also if they sit and you aren’t on it your toilet makes a clink noise from the motion.

Pleasantly surprised.
This was a unexpected great place. Checkin was easy. Staff was professional, helpful, friendly. Room was clean and nice. Price was good. Amenities good. Only small issue was with loud vehicles in parking lot that seamed to come and go alot. Great stay though. Would stay again and would recommend!

Dated and in disrepair. Hotel charged $50 after checkout and accused me of smoking in the room. I don’t smoke. The room smelled like smoke when I first entered, but being tired after traveling and leaving early in the morning I didn’t complain. I contacted the manager who was very hostile and rude, and claims to have pictures cigarette butts. Travelers who checked in before me got to their room first, and their room smelled like a smokers room so they complained. I opted to just accept my room the way it was instead of complaining about it. Judging by the response and the attitude of the manager, this is a common and recurring event for them—especially knowing the folks across the hall smelled cigarette smoke upon entering too. Complete setup. I would advise sleeping in a car before giving this “resort” one dime.

Poor service to wake up to
The television in my first room wasn't working and the bathroom looked run down. Then the carpets in the second room which was supposed to be an upgrade had a terrible stench. Then in the morning about a hour before check out the front desk called and woke me and then kept calling me as I checked out 15 minutes late threatening to charge me for overstaying after I explained what was going on. Then I gave the keys back and asked for the associates name and she refused to give it to me
