UNSAFE AREA TO STAY
Check in was fantastic. The room was clean and nice. The parking was not at all secure! Our car was broken into and parts were stolen off the vehicle itself! Was told by an employee of the hotel that this happens all the time and there are no security cameras for the parking area. The creepiest part was that the criminal was driving away from my daughters truck as she was walking to it and he actually waved at her. She remembbers because his truck was the same as hers and his hands were really dirty! This is not at all acceptable. She reported it to the hotel front desk but when my husband got there one of the employees told him that this kind of thing happens pretty much everyday. We will never stay here again especially without any security at all!

It was ok, but I wanted great.
The outside of the shower looked a little rusted and the floors around the baseboards were a little dirty. At check in I specifically asked if my room had a tub and was told it did, however it did not. I was not told that the balcony I asked for would have sliding door that was bolted shut. I wouldn’t have minded paying more if they were just honest, because I’m pretty sure it would’ve been better had a booked directly through them.

For staying during a pandemic, we truly enjoyed it. We went on a business trip, but the hotel was phenomenal. If I had one complaint, it's that the need wasn't as comfy as I thought they'd be, but the pillows were amazingly soft. Staff was great and friendly. From check in, to check out, our experience was great.
