Do not stay in this hotel
Where do I start, the staff are super rude. The lady who I was dealing with on the day wasn’t even on the check in desk. People were standing waiting. When the two ladies came out they had a attitude of as tho they didn’t want to work but stay on their mobile phones. Didn’t check my detailed properly, asked me to pay when I had already paid for the room and then ignored without saying sorry. The lady was argumentative didn’t let me finish my sentence when I asked to speak to the manager she laughed and thought it’s funny. I told her colleague but she didn’t care also. Just gave me key and didn’t give me any information about the hotel. The next day I complained to her colleagues and I told them I would state all this on the review and they didn’t careless they said you are welcome to write it. Very bad attitude. Location is far also. I would say stay in another hotel so not waste your money on this hotel. I also asked for a double bed and they said they don’t have and i made a request at time of booking. They said they are fully booked but they said had rooms available to book online. Lies again. If you are a couple expect to sleep on two single beds. This is. 2 star hotel and service 1 star.

Located next to the bus station and a pleasant stroll through the Turia Gardens to the centre of Valencia. Perfect place for a a night or two and, if staying longer, there is a roof-top pool and bar with fabulous views of the city.
