“Self Parking” try $32 per day garage more like. $3.45 for a 20 cent bottle of water. Housekeeping every third day. Had to move rooms due to loud foul mouthed occupants in the adjoining room with shared door. 1/4 roll of toilet paper in new room if that! Most enjoyable part of stay will be leaving..
Will be returning. Very relaxed!
I've stayed with Hyatt hotels in the past. In fact, i used to work for them while in college during the 90's. They are a good company. There were a couple of things which bothered me during rhis trip. When i arrived at the hotel, i could find no place to pull over and check in. I called the desk and asked for some guidance. I was told that i could park in a garage in the rear for an additional charge of $32.00 a night. I said that i wasnt made aware of this extra fee, and in a tone which felt like indifference, that this is how it is. Many other nice hotels in the area have free parking. The room was nice. The next morning i stopped in to have a complimentary breakfast. There was very very little to choose from. I opted for the only hot option that i saw which was a Jimmy Dean egg and sausage sandwich. I took one bite of it and found it to be inedible. I would dare the managers there to sit down and eat one of those things and tell me that it was food... lol.. i would suggest packing food.
The view of the city was stunning. The room was nice and roomy. Definitely a good choice.
The room was nice and the pillows wonderful. We walked around town. The view was horrible just a brick wall and windows looking into someone’s home. Didn’t like that.
Beautiful and clean hotel! Great location. Spectacular views. I would definitely stay here again.
The positives: Very spacious room, clean, refrigerator/coffee, comfy bed, extra blanket in drawer, had extra tooth paste for free. Beautiful hotel. Friendly service. The negatives: Check in is at 3:00, we showed up at 4:00pm. Once arriving we were told our room wasn’t ready and needed to be inspected. We had to wait an additional 25 min in lobby for our room. At breakfast we also had to wait for a while for drinks. Just a couple times were there was no one behind the desk for a couple min. Maybe they’re understaffed? I don’t know..
New hotel; so everything is clean & crisp looking. Air conditioning was a wee bit loud. Parking was a bit expensive; so, we parked elsewhere.
Staff was outstanding. Super friendly and accommodating. Clean property, great location.
Stay was very good, no complaints about anything.. Nothing over the top, but definitely better than average. Short walk to everything in downtown, and close to the highway so you don't have to fight traffic. Right across from an awesome brunch spot too.
