Room wasn’t clean when we arrived even though we said what time we would arrive.
Took many attempts to get in contact with them about our reservation, when we finally did they didn’t know about bookings on Expedia and had never heard of my booking. After 40 mins on the phone to Expedia they still hadn’t fixed it, the following day they sent me another email saying they had confirmed it, I messaged them asking if it had been confirmed and they said it has....
Says they speak English on the website but had to use a translator ( not a big deal) but after handing the slip that Expedia had sent out they still didn’t know who I was.. even after numerous messages from me.
No rooms have more than 1 bed
1 plug in the bathroom to change a phone... not helpful when there is 2 of you.
When I booked the room Expedia claimed there to be an airport shuttle, there was none, have now since been taken off the website.
They gave us a limit on how much power we can use.
Wifi doesn’t reach the rooms.
The concierge that checked is in was super lovely however had to ask for the wifi for the pass word.

The shower water goes everywhere so can’t have any belongings in there. Even the toilet paper got wet...
Sheets were wet when we arrived in the room. And stained with blood. We asked for a new pair and they were also stained.... no real blankets... only sheets.
