The service, personnel, and general installations were very good, except that I noticed a decline in quality, that is, no toiletries in the bathroom, very few towels. That is not the Sheraton quality anymore.

They moved to a better room because I wasn’t satisfied near the elevator. In the other room every time I would shower there was a leak in the bathroom And water everywhere, I made a complaint and cleaned it myself I decided to check out a day earlier and got no refund.

Great stay!!!
I had a very easy check in and out. Staff was very helpful and polite. I used late the check out and it went really well. Breakfast was included and it was very delicious. Jaime, the server, was very nice and attentive. Also, the other server at the time and the hostess. Location is great. I will keep coming in the future.

Considering the brand name, we were a bit disappointed with the room. It was a dark, interior room in a fairly old building. Service was good. Because of pandemic, not many guests. Couldn’t we have gotten a better room then? Breakfast was included and decent.

Lack of maintenance for a High class hotel !!!
No TV signal. When I call the front desk I was told cable technician will take a coue hours to repair. This happen about 8:00 pm. I Turned on TV afain about 1:30 am Still not working. Shower door did not stay close!!!
