4/10 Fair

The overall experience is fine, but the worst for me was the rooftop bar. My colleague needed to close out the tab at the bar and no one could help him. He had to wait in line for 30 minutes just to close out a tab because the waitress were not allowed to do it, so we had to wait for the bartender. And to get a waitress to come take your order at the table require $500, for what?! Very unnecessary and I hope management must make adjustment to the guidelines.

Great hotel - no pool
Booked the hotel for a girls get away. Hotel was cool, modern and located next to great restaurants and bars. We were very disappointed to find that the roof top pool is only for looks, not swimming or even putting your feet into. Had to find another property to use a pool.

The location is not great. You have to use offsite parking that belongs to a church. $10 per day. A lot of homeless people hang out by the church. I found a piece of metal and trash on top of my car in the morning. The room needed a once over before we arrived. The couch was stained any we did use it for that reason. The room felt like someone had slept there before us and proper cleaning The lotion was open and looked half full. The entire place was covered in fine dust. Our bed was very comfortable and clean. Clean pressed linen on the bed. Bath Towels not so good. I should have asked for another room asap, but I’m not like that. I learned my lesson. The restaurant made it clear they don’t have anything to do with the hotel. Also the

Lovely hotel very artsy
Parking sucks because they don’t have any so you have to park on the street. Which I got lucky but can see how that might be an issue. Hotel is beautiful, with the rooftop bar and the rooms are nice, beds are very comfortable. Only thing is, found multiple mosquitoes in our room, no idea how they got there as we were on the 4th floor at the end of the hall. The view is amazing. Stayed for 4th of July so nice view of the city and fireworks.

Good value for some fun R&R
Great location, fun vibes and lots of thoughtful touches, such as a light on the closet. Beds are comfortable, room temperature as well. Met some interesting people here. We enjoyed the rooftop for some wine and views of the city. Lots of restaurants, etc., are within walking distance. Did NOT enjoy some of the odd lighting in the public areas - bright vertical lights that shine in your face while waiting for the elevator are one example. We had two different stays within a few days, and found both rooms had some minor plumbing issues (slow drain, running toilet). Overall, would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, nice clean rooms!
Hotel was clean and nice. Only thing I didn’t care for was having to pay for parking offsite
