Front desk staff is always amazing! During Covid there are less services being offered, no housekeeping or breakfast buffet.This time around I found housekeeping was not up to par. Room smelled musty and old. I do enjoy the kitchenette as I cook all my meals. This time around there were several items missing or not cleaned properly. Overall, the staff and location are pleasant and I enjoy my stay there.

It was one night but my boyfriend wants to return already he loves the space the shower he loved the environment so much access to the city and loved the lobby No free breakfast and no daily house keeping if it’s more than one night is the cons but the hotel is in great shape

Despite not having maid service for 2 week stay. The front desk staff made sure we had clean sheets and towels through out our stay. Lots of restaurants on second and third avenues. Price was reduced so made stay even nicer. Kitchen and Refrigerator are a real plus.

My stay was great! Kayla went above and beyond to provide me great service, as did the other front desk staff during my stay. Everyone was pleasant and prided themselves in providing what was needed during this difficult time. The room I stayed in was immaculate, I enjoyed this room very much. Spacious and kitchen area was helpful as I cook all my meals. The area is great, with options for both food, Starbucks is around the corner, and the CVS as well. Transportation is nearby. Great location and stay overall.
