the photo looks spectacular but the reality it's quite disappointing. TV doesn't work due to no aerial installed in the property. Toilet and shower are not to hotel standard -no ventilation, not tiled instead painted concrete wall. electrical circuit are not into safety standard.

The staff were helpful and accommodating at all times. The room was quite small, and the location is not really ideal if you want to eat out. The room has no extra sockets for charging. They only have 2 for the tv and the aircon. The lamp was not working properly.

Me and my fiance enjoyed our stay at the Grand Peninsula Suites. The staff was very helpful and extremely courteous and offered excellent service. The hotel offers free breakfast with a cute and pleasant dining area while also sporting a quaint little pool for guests. The rooms were nice and met our needs sufficiently.
