Great design & gorgeous hotel on opposite side
Awesome hotel well designed and cool layout feels like you’re in Miami. We changed from Ocean view to pool view bc the Surrounding views on either side of the hotel are not nice. You have to traverse through a pretty slummy area to get to the opposite side, let’s hope more properties pop up like Aqua to make that side as nice as Thr property.

Amazing service, tranquil, beautiful resort.
The best part about the stay was the staff. The resort was a cut above what I see elsewhere in Boracay but the staff made it so much better. Great service. Rex at the bar knew how to mix amazing drinks. Staff made it very easy to get to and from the airport. Even the ground staff was open and friendly as they went about their routines. Also, might have been the most comfortable bed I’ve had in a resort/hotel...and I’m a pilot who stays in a lot of different hotels. Well done.

I am so sorry and thought many times not to leave a HONEST REVIEWBut then I thought of the many people I would save time and money. So,So that inspired me to do the right thing!it pains me to leave an accurate honest review but if I were to read this and expecting a five-star accommodation I would be completely wrong therefore I thought I should tell people do not book this place and expect five star service !Wow! Check in was a lecture on how they were not really open “soft opening” was exact words. That after I had to sign a agreement that they share all data. I wish I had know this before booking!!!THE GOOD: Pools THE BAD:Food The employees were more interested in where I was from and asked soooo many questions (so plan on a ton of questions! If you want to be there and relax ( this is not the place)THE ROAD LEADING TO HOTEL IS FULL OF 3” mudd!!! If your girl comes have here bring hiking “BOOTS” The road will be like this for the next 6 months- according to locals.THE FOOD!!!!OmgDon’t even think about ordering food!I hope they will publish actual/real pictures of the food !!! Ordered a what they called a US ribeye what I received was a plateful of bbq FAT!!!!5 star?????? Really!!!!!I showed NELSON he gladly return I ask to to the general manager when I checked in- I was told it was his day off. That he will contact me tomorrow.... I asked again to talk with him the next 3 days..... nothing except to tell me he’s not here... lol book at “coast” RUN FROM THIS PLACE!
