Horrible
I am a repeat customer, and sadly will not go again after my past stay a couple days ago. We actually left early due to our stay being so subpar.
On arrival, were told there may be sounds due to renovations being made but if we are experiencing this, we are to push 0, and they will correct it right away. About 30 minutes at the start of our stay, what only could be described as a jackhammer started going either right above or right next to our room. This went on for hours, and it was so loud we couldn’t even hear ourselves yell to each other in our room. We called as they stated to, but was put on hold and never assisted. We left the room, and came back with the same thing going on two hours later.
It was rainy and chilly, so we were stuck in the hotel because of the rains and could not even relax.
The next morning we were wakened by the same jackhammer dead out of our sleep.
After leaving early, we were not refunded or discounted for our horrid experience that night. We were told they couldn’t help us with a discount because we never asked for help. The ‘director of the front desk’ stated if they did not help on the phone when we called, we could of come to the front desk. A $400/night hotel wanted their guests to come down 12 floors to seek assistance for something they should know they are causing because they do not know how to answer the phone? I let the maintenance man know in the elevator, yet nothing was fixed or corrected.
Absolutely horrendous stay.
