Clean Cozy comfortable rooms free Shuttle to Broadway Downtown very nice front desk fast food restaurant walking distance.

We love to stay here when we come to Nashville. We love that they have a shuttle that will drop us off downtown close to the bars. It’s ALOT cheaper than staying at a hotel downtown. Staff was super nice and very helpful. Room was clean. If I had to name something negative, it would be that there were very few plug ins by the bed for phone chargers, etc and the sheets were worn and felt very rough. I’m sure if I would have said something, they would have changed them but it wasn’t THAT big of a deal. I will definitely stay here again.

To be honest, the quality of this hotel has dropped tremendously. The parking lot bumpy and the parking lines were faded. Front doors under repairs (Use other door!) The hallway reeked aroma of cheap cigar smoke; bathroom floor needed moping. Hotel has "NO room service from dining room delivery...Poor management, Christmas tree still up end of January...Very poor experience.

It was ok the kitchen was down so had to order food off the premises.

We chose this hotel because they advertise a shuttle to downtown. When we checked in we were told they don’t have the staff to offer that service as advertised which was hourly transportation to and from downtown until around 10pm. We were told they’d take us there at 7pm (we arrived at 5pm) and we’d have to find another way back. Also, even though they had very few guests staying, they put us in rooms next to each other and the walls are very thin. We could hear every word spoken from both sides of us until well after 2am. If you stay, request a room with no neighbors.
