The hotel didn’t have any of the amenities that was offered on hotels.com if restaurants are coded because of vivid 19 then they suitor say that. Not advertise that’s the only reason I stayed there it was like an overpriced Hampton Inn

Definitely recommend staying here
By far the best hotel we’ve stayed in while in Houston. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was great.

Enjoyable stay, new hotel, will return
Had a room near the elevator banks and freeway. Not as well insulated as one might like but fortunately only 1 group returning at 1:45 am drunk and noisy. Not the hotel’s fault, but between that and noise from rush hour, I’d have preferred a higher room facing away from the freeway.

Great Stay
My stay was great! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The facility was beautiful. Managed to squeeze in a pedicure at the Paloma Spa - fantastic. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Birthday stay-Concert venue proximity
The icing on the cake for my daughters 18th birthday was to have the "TELSA" shuttle to the concert venue was a total fun and exciting surprise! Thank you very very impressive.

Great service! Very good restaurant on the premises. Very comfortable bed. We had a Palaton bike in our room which was certainly a first for us! If you had time to use it would be fun to try. The negative of having the bike in your room was having the large screen lit up all night with exercise blurbs continually looping. We had to cover the screen with a towel to sleep.

Beautiful hotel
I booked a one night stay for me and my husband on Valentine’s night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby and room were clean. I really liked the decor and finished in the room.

Room was never checked on or cleaned.
No one ever came by to clean our room on Saturday we left the room from 10AM till 2:30 PM. We returned and our room still had not been cleaned. We opted to just leave it dirty and hang the sign because we wanted to nap from 3 to 5 and no one showed up.

Clueless Staff / Poorly Designed Rooms
Lovely hotel but clueless front desk staff. After waiting 40 minutes (FORTY) in the mandatory valet line to drop off our car and check in (there is no self park and the line wrapped around the corner onto the side street), I asked the front desk clerks if that was normal and all they could respond with was was a "We're very sorry" and "They're not under contract with us." When I asked if we would pick up our car in the same place or in another (since during that 40 minute period we saw only drop-offs), they DID NOT KNOW. Seriously. Then we asked about anticipated road closures since the Houston Marathon was the following morning and we knew it would be going right by the hotel. Again they were clueless, despite wearing marathon t-shirts in a display of civic pride. Regarding the room, from what we could faintly see and sort of feel around, it was pretty and modern but, with every light turned on, it's shadowy and very dark. I tried to read an in-room magazine and had to huddle up against the tiny little bedside lamp to get any sort of light. The only mirror with any light is in the bathroom so forget two people getting ready at once, which was our situation. The room had NO mirror except for a full-length near the entry door but, even had there been one, light was so dim that it would have been useless. Again, a lovely room but the designer should be forced to stay there so he/she could be miserable like a guest. It was ridiculous.

Well, for the price...
I would say at list price ($400+), this would be far below expectations, but for the Hotrls.com deal if $129 it was fine. However, watch out for all the taxes and valet parking ($40) and no free breakfast.
