Not worth the $$$ per night. Terrible experience.
Stayed for three nights ( last night was extended due to change of flights) Poor front desk reception. Checking on October 10th, and October 12th I had issues. First, the front desk agent was rude and dismissive, and my last check in, the gentleman suddenly refused my CC ( which was a surprise beyond me as I’ve been travelling with the same credit card with no issues also at other pomeroy properties previously) This whole rechecking in process took more than 10 minutes. First he tried holding $500, then $139 ( when I asked he said he checked the wrong box, whatever that means) then finally said “ next time don’t use this card” I stayed away from pomeroy chains since my last bad experience With front desk at the location in GP, For a company who prides themselves on exceptional customer services, your front desk experiences have been less than welcoming. I am very upset, annoyed and will definitely not be coming back. Definitely the nicest hotel in fort McMurray. Bed is very springy but room is spacious. Poor customer service, not worth the $$$.

Have stayed here numerous times since it opened. Good location downtown Fort McMurray. Easy walk to Mac Island, as well as a few restaurants. The rooms are very spacious, and only a few $$ extra for a large patio. Beds are new and super comfy. Fluffy towels and my favourite... a robe to throw on after my shower.

The hotel itself was very nice and clean while being centrally located to the downtown area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good under the COVID-19 restrictions. Disappointed that there was not an in room safe .
