This is a recently refurbished modern property located on the south bank of the River Clyde and is conveniently located for the city centre and only 10min walk to SSE Hydro if attending an event or conference. Easy walk through the development via new tradeston bridge.

The apartment is located on the ground floor for easy access and is laid out as follows:

Living room spacious space with three sofas and large tv with Netflix. This room has a small diniing table which can double up as a workspace if you have to catch up with emails. The front of the room faces onto the gardens and Clyde further afield and has large sliding patio doors leading onto a small balcony.

The kitchen is off the living room and has recently being refitted and contains all the necessary appliances and cooking utensils should you choose to dine at home.

The master bedroom bedrooms has a kingsize bed and is en suite bathroom with shower and plenty of storage provided via wardrobes and drawers.

The second bedroom contains a three quarters size bed and again has plenty of storage.

A main bathroom is central to all room and has recently being refitted with a modern suite and tiling with shower over bath.

The location of the apartment is what makes it unique and is located very near city centre but remains relatively private and quiet. The development is a private space and is surrounded with green gardens. Close to city centre 10min walk and 0.9km to Glasgow central train station. The airport is 15 min by taxi or 20 min by airport bus (500) and walk into town centre (10-mins)
