Please Avoid!!
AVOID!!! I rarely give 1 star reviews, but this property deserves it. The walls are full of mould and there is a horrible smell in the rooms. I kept coughing all night and I'm not usually so sensitive to smells, so imagine... Also, the bedsheets had stains but that's a secondary issue compared to the mould. The pictures they have on Google and Expedia are old and fake. Have a look at the attached pictures to see how the rooms look today.

Terrible! Falsely advertised that there were certain facilities/amenities that didn’t exist on the premises. Poor wifi, holes in the wall, non English speaking staff. A horrendous experience overall.

They need to fix everything and clean everything
I stayed there 3 nights with my family. The room didn't same the picture they posted. The room looks old and the bed not clean i saw some hair and dirty on the sheet. The floor dirty too if you not wear your sandals in the room. I will never come back there anymore.

Had good internet, hot water, fridge and AC. Bed was clean. I liked the firm mattress. Location is great. Near marakume udon and starbucks etc. The room had all kinds of stains and gobs of goo on the walls. Entire ceiling panels were covered with black mold in the bathroom. The night manager gave me unapproving looks whenever he saw me. The day manager tried to act like i hadnt paid when i had already paid through expedia upon checkout, but stopped asking for money when he realized the night manager had already returned to me my passport. Its next door to a 24hr family mart w great snacks. A step up from a hostel, since you'll have privacy and youre own bathroom (toilet and shower werent too bad). If youre on a budget, go for it, otherwise I'd say try another arrangement
