My family’s stay at sure stay hotel in north spring was a very pleasant and relaxing stay. The staff members were very helpful and friendly and made us feel welcomed. All other hotels should take notes on how a real professional business takes care of its guest. It is a very peaceful and clean environment..big thumbs up to the front desk employee’s making us feel right at home..

The property on the outside was updated but the inside was not. The door had a big crack from top to bottom where you could see and hear outside noise and feel air coming in. Also the sheets on the bed had stains on it and the bed was made up. The bathroom tub was nasty looking but I decided not to stay there after I saw all that

We usually stay at an extended stay but read the reviews and said the remodel went well. So we ignored the lack of kitchen and booked our stay. We stayed another night and enjoyed staying at this location. We will return in the future.

The first room i got the refrigerator was frozen up and the ice was so think the door wouldn't even close and the phone didn't work. They did not service my room. I called down to get more coffee and was told that I couldn't get it until the morning. The next morning I never got my coffee and I called again. Was told they would bring some at 9am. At 915am I still had not received my coffee and called again. Was told that it would be 930 now. I decided to check out early and go home on Christmas day ruining my stay.

Although they recently "remodeled" it, this hotel is still a run down building with newer furniture. The room was Ok but the building is very rundown and dirty. The first room I stayed in for a couple of hours had a noise coming in from a broken pipe and there was a terrible dripping sound, so I asked to be moved. They didn't want to at first but I insisted so they moved me. As soon as I opened the door I saw a tiny cockroach crawling under my bed. The room was mostly clean but the tub was horrible, it was very old and full of stains, the towels were old and awful but the worse part was that there were a lot of creepy looking guests, smoking pot and listening to music outside their room. It was kind of scary and made me feel unsafe. I understand that for the price I paid I couldn't ask for more but I would not stay there again. There are better options for a few more dollars. Again, it is a remodeled (painted and refurnished) hotel but some things are the same as what they must have been before and that really makes it a not so nice experience. There are even some rooms that haven't been remodeled so when you walk past them you get to see what I mean.
