We liked the location and the amenities in the lobby. We played pool and games. The barcode to exit the parking lot was tricky.

Beautiful modern, relaxing hotel in a prime location! We were just a few minutes from the Shaky Knees music festival. Room was immaculate, staff went above and beyond. Best pool in downtown Atlanta! We will see you for Shaky Knees 2027!

6/10 Good

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Only cons were that the safe was broken and the hallway and elevator had a stench. Decent stay for the price and conveniently close to major tourist attractions ( such as aquarium, botanical garden …etc., 5-10 min uber).

10/10 Exceptional

It was pet friendly and all the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The only downfall is they ran out of coffee, which isn’t that big of a deal. But the hotel was clean and nice and a great location.

10/10 Exceptional

I love this hotel, although it’s a shame they don’t do a sit down full service breakfast. The rooms are spacious and even though the air con was freezing and I couldn’t get it to the right temp for me it didn’t affect my stay for one night.

The greeting staff member was very friendly and accommodating. There was a double room reservation from Hotels.com, and she handled the issues very well. Also, the Gym is well appointed and very clean. The King bed room was excellent.

4/10 Fair

Breakfast is nearly non existent. The worst part was the mattresses which were so soft. We were three in different rooms and all had a bad experience sleeping in the hotel due to the mattresses being too soft. Expensive and not worth what we paid for. I’d never again stay at the aloft. Staff was fine.

The room was very clean and the beds were 10/10 comfort! The man at the front desk was wonderful and gave great restaurant recommendations. It was a great location for a really good price.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Nice staff and fun vibe. Room lacked practical amenities: towel hooks/bars, luggage racks, or good lighting. Food at WXYZ bar did not match the menu and was not very good. Lots of noise in halls and sound carrying through into rooms. (No one on vacation needs to hear dogs barking at 5 am)

My stay was great. From arrival to departure I had a great experience. The room was clean and the location was within walking distance of the Aquarium which was amazing! We had a great time. When I checked in Mikki was wonderful! She was friendly and attentive and checked us in quickly!
