So the reviews on here are pretty accurate. We checked in went to the room and it just had a very hard smell to stomach between cigarettes and musky. It was so hot the air didn’t feel like it was on within 30 min of being in the room I had to go ask for a refund I couldn’t sleep there with my kids.

Not the greatest but not the worst
The room was a good size and the AC worked great. However there were stains all over the room including on the pillows, walls, bathtub, and ceilings. There were no towels and only had one tiny bottle of shampoo. The fire alarms went off several times in the middle of the night for several nights in a row.

Good value and perfect location
The hotel is in a perfect location, loved being able to walk down to Icon Park and only being a few minutes from SeaWorld. The beds were incredibly comfortable but the bathroom was kinda gross looking and the toilet stopped flushing. Overall though, good hotel and good price.

Worst experience
When we first walked in the room was decent- for the price you pay. Several things were wrong with the room- first there was no towels- which is an honest mistake. Then we investigated the room more- the sheets had red stains all over the place, when calling to ask for new linen changes and towels downstairs they just brought us towels- we thought later that night while we were gone someone would have brought sheets by. No- didn't happen. After we made a bed of towels on top of the bed to sleep WE FOUND A DIRTY TOWEL MIXED IN WITH THE PILLOWS. I had never been so disgusted in my life. On top of that the check in desk said THEY HAD NO MORE ROOMS TO GIVE US. And let's not start with people being at the pool until past 12 am screaming and jumping in and out of the pool

Never again
Each room had a funny smell. One smelled of mold the other had a fishy smell. People were smoking weed at the stairwell by our room. No toilet paper in one room. It was a horrible experience. I booked with another hotel the next day

Gross and run down.
My stay was not good. Started off with a room on the first floor which smelled like week old urine smell, door jams and bathroom corners with black mold, vinyl flooring that was lifting up and more muggy on the inside that outside the room. This place was gross. They were however able to switch me to a slightly better room on the 4th floor but it still had the feel of being run down. They only had one working elevator which was barely working. Unfortunately other hotels in the area were booked, a large volleyball tournament so I was stuck there.
