Update needed!
The staff and actual room were wonderful but the hotel as a whole was super dated and dirty. The first time I went to my room there was a big black full garbage bag laying on the floor in front of my room - it stayed there for the 2 days I was there. The wall paper and carpet is really horrible in the halls. The side door which was right by my room never locked which didn't make me feel very safe.

4 day stay. Day 2 the key cards didn't work. Reprogrammed keys immediately did not work. Keys had to be reprogrammed 5 times in 4 days. No apologies, ever. "Here you go, Hon." Keys never did operate the east exterior door. When I mentioned this to management they were aware of it and blamed it on the weather. Next day the door was rigged to not latch. Problem solved but no security. There were sketchy people hanging around the east door smoking cigarettes. A Mercedes convertible was parked there the entire time in a premium spot. Same car still there a week later. People are living there. Lots of dogs. No vending machines and the front desk is out of stock on items. Parking lot was unsafe to walk due to packed snow and ice. No ice-melt applied to parking slots. I don't understand the high ratings for this place.
