Noisy 1st Floor
The room was adequate with a pretty comfortable bed. The bathroom had some mold or mildew spots on the shower surround unfortunately - nothing major. My main issue was the noise level. We had a room on the first floor located near the elevator mechanical room and the room service laundry area. The lack of sound insulation near the door made it seem like we left the hallway door open all night. We were hearing drunken conversations until about 2-3AM, then were awoken to vacuuming and room service chatter just after 7AM. The elevator room made a loud wooshing noise every so often that made it hard to get to sleep. The host said they could do nothing about changing rooms without charging us an upgrade fee - not apologetically, but at least not rudely. Rooms on a higher floor would probably be OK.

The place was very clean. Employees were very helpful in answering questions I had when I was confused about certain things. Hotel was very clean. Only thing I was confused about was the parking situation but was told exactly where to find it.

Overall was a great stay
It was a great stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean . I would stay again. I did think it was crazy that they charged to use chairs on their beach. Should be part of your room fee.
