Gutes Hotel, kein gutes Frühstück
Das Hotel war absolut ok. Vielleicht etwas älter in der Einrichtung. Das Frühstück war leider sehr weit entfernt von möglichen Lob.

Unfreundliches Personal. Frühstücksservice war sehr schlecht und das Personal war sich beim Frühstück sehr unfreundlich und unangenehm .

Ganz ok mit Luft nach oben...
Zimmer war schön groß und grundsätzlich ruhig. Was gar nicht geht, ist dass ab 06:30 Reinigungspersonal laut redend Zimmer säubern und dabei auch über die Gäste lästern. Abendessen war sehr sehr gut. Von daher war Vorfreude auf das Frühstück da. Leider wurde ich enttäuscht. 1 Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückzeit und nichts wurde nachgelegt. Vorhandene Auswahl lag auch optisch sichtbar schon länger. Hinweis: Schwimmbad Montag und Dienstag fast nicht nutzbar (wegen Fitnesskurs gesperrt).

Ich hatte zwei Doppelzimmer gebucht,aber es war nur ein Zimmer reserviert.Als wir um 9.00 Uhr zum Frühstück kamen,gab es keine Körnerbrötchen und keinen Speck mehr zum Frühstück,obwohl Frühstück bis um 10.00 Uhr möglich ist. Als First Class Hotel würde ich das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Helga Walther

Sehr nettes Hotel im Umland von Berlin. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber absolut ausreichend.

Gutes Hotel mit Pool und gutem Frühstück.
Das Hotel liegt etwas versteckt in Fredersdorf. Service war gut und freundlich. Check-in und Check-out einfach und schnell. Das Hotel verfügt über vergleichsweise große Zimmer. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Im Hotelpreis ist die Nutzung des Pools inklusive. Leider ist dieser nicht immer zugänglich, da dort auch Kurse stattfinden. In meinem Fall war der Pool von 16 bis 20 Uhr belegt. So dass die Nutzung nur zwischen 20 und 22 Uhr möglich war. Der Pool selber ist allerdings recht gut. Die Umkleiden habe ich nicht gefunden. Wäre vielleicht nicht verkehrt dafür ein Schild aufzuhängen. Vielleicht habe ich es aber auch nur übersehen. WLAN ist frei zugänglich und die Empfangsstärke war ausreichend. Allerdings ist es entweder sehr langsam oder zu stark ausgelastet. Bis auf Emails abrufen und sehr langsames Surfen war nichts weiter möglich. Wirklich arbeiten damit dann schwer möglich. Videos oder Musik nicht möglich. Preis-Leistung empfinde ich trotzdem als sehr gut.
