Check in wait was horrible, besides the fact that they kept telling me they didn’t see my reservation and I’m literally showing them the reservation on my phone, then after they found it, they didn’t say anything until I asked!! Was told it was because the email didn’t go through!! We had NO hot water to shower so we was to take cool showers. You have to go to the second floor to get a cart for luggage. The drop off round about is so small. Stay there before and my experience was excellent. This time it was horrible! And parking $42 a night is ridiculous.
