Get ready for a one of a kind vacation at She Sells Seashells, a custom built home in Pensacola Beach. With over 2,400 square feet, 3 floors, and 5 bedrooms, you will easily be able to accommodate up to 15 guests. You’ll enjoy over 2,000 square feet of balcony space between the home’s multiple levels, including a furnished observation deck sitting 40’ high. Enjoy both beach and bay views from multiple areas of the home and when you are ready to get your toes in the sand, the beach access is just a short walk down the sidewalk away.

The main living space of the home is located on the third floor. Here you will find an open floorplan connecting the living area, dining area, and kitchen. The living area is comfortably furnished and features a large flat-screen TV and surround sound speakers. Just steps away in the kitchen you will find granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets.

The master bedroom sits comfortably on the third floor of the home and includes a private bathroom, two walk-in closets, and private balcony access. The remaining bedrooms and full bathrooms are located on the second floor.
