We paid for this trip before Covid and couldn’t go because you can’t get into Canada from the USA. Will never pay up front again. Total lose on Hotel. And on top of things I keep getting how was your stay. Does anyone pay attention that we couldn’t go

The pool was so cold, I couldn’t even put my feet in. My son wanted to swim so bad but only lasted a few minutes before having to get out. Would be nice if it was heated. Our room was very nice. Great location. We were woken up to the fire alarms going off in the morning.

Everything was great except that the bathroom sink area needs to be re-caulked. There is some black mould along the tiling near the faucet along the wall. The fan doesn’t work so bad to leave the door open. Worried that the constant over steam will eventually damage the paint, etc. The reading light next to the bed on the left doesn’t work. Otherwise, the bed was fantastically comfortable, clean room, and the breakfast ladies need to be appreciated with their abilities of juggling the new environment and still smile honestly. Thank you ladies. We will be back again. Great location and kids loved the pool.
