We’ll be back!
My husband and I had a great time at the Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront! The renovations are amazing, it is so clean and beautiful! The view of the water is breathtaking to wake up and enjoy with your coffee. We will definitely be staying here again!

Our room was fantastic! Harbour view with veranda. Staffs ate nice, accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend and definitely coming back.

While the overall stay was good, there were a couple of things that I didn't feel too pleased about. 1. The mattress and the pillows 2. Cleanliness of the carpets The mattress gave me a back pain. I would strongly urge the housekeeping manager to take a look and perhaps switch to new ones. Same goes for pillows. They weren't fluffy as you normally see in hotels. To me it looked like the pillows had run their course and needed to be replaced as well. As far as cleanliness of the carpets went, there were a lot of strands of hair at various places. I wish there was some thorough cleaning of the carpets before our room was assigned to us.

Most Dirty and Uncleaned Hotel
I booked this hotel for 1 night during my business trip to Kingston. this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The first room was so dirty. No one even cleaned the bathroom and there was some dirt and hairs were inside the Bath Tub and I found some hairs on the Bed Comforter too. I called the front desk and he offered me to change my room. I paid for 2 queen beds room and he changed my room to one King size bed room (which is obviously cheaper than my original booked room). And that room was dirtier than the previous one. there was a big Coffee spill on the table and no one bothered to clean it and funny thing was that the lady named "SHEENA" who cleaned that room before my visit, just signed the room cleaning paperwork and placed that paper right next to that spill. there were some food pieces on the floor as well. When I called the front desk about that so he send a lady to my room who only wiped the table. the flooring outside of the room in hallway was so dirty and it smells nasty. there was too much smell of smoking inside the room as well, so I had to keep my window open for whole night and it was cold at night too. the door manual lock hinge was broken as well. I would never ever come back to this hotel and don't recommend to anyone to go and stay in this hotel. the overall condition of this hotel is miserable. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE.Thank God that I stayed there only 1 night if it would be more than 1 night, I would have changed my hotel after 1 night

Staff were very polite, nice breakfast at the restaurant, but the pool heater was broken so the water was freezing. This was a big negative for us as we were there with our kids who were excited to swim. I emailed prior to stay to confirm the pool was open and they didnt mention heater was broken.
