great hotel and staff
was unsure but past experience with Holiday Inn I felt it would at least be okay. During covid 19 we knew there would be limited services. Everything area was given the utmost attention to detail and cleanliness we had a great stay all staff were very helpful could not fault this hotel and staff Great stay, well done

Perfect for access to A1 and A19 where I was working. Hotel very clean and staff exceptionally helpful especially around Covid restrictions. I felt in a safe environment in all instances of dining, gym and communal areas. A credit to Holiday Inn in a tough environment.

Great Hotel
The staff are very friendly, helpful and attentive. IHG have made the hotel covid safe but the atmosphere is still relaxed and welcoming. This hotel is a little remote but it is still only 15 mins or so into the centre of Newcastle and is excellent for touring Northumberland and the coast. A great hotel!

absolutely fine no complaints we stayed with our daughter and partner and grandchildren the staff were brilliant at breakfast and cooked pancakes and scrambled eggs for our young grandchildren the adults breakfast was also great.

Didn't sample the food. The accommodation was clean and comfortable but the room smelt of stale smoke. Very easy access to the A1, Newcastle and Morpeth. Gregs and services within 2 minutes walk

Very helpful staff and clean and well kept hotel. You can have your room serviced if you want but otherwise the staff knock on your door as they are cleaning and ask if you want anything. We restocked a couple of things.

Great hotel and location for touring, swiming pool and hot tub excellent, room well appointed with air conditioning and comfortable, the only downside is the resturant, quality and value for money were below expection and would not use the facilities on our next visit.
