Kimpton Theta was a great stay! The rooms were clean, the property was clean. We were 2nd floor and expecting to have heard street noise, but I was very quiet! The location was literally around the corner from our show, but overall a super great location. The only negative is that the e AC did not get to the 65 we had it set for, as it felt like 77 degrees.

Lights in the room and corridors a little dim, but the light in the bathroom is perfect - although we couldn't turn it off, so just closed the door to sleep. Opening windows in the room was a bonus.
