They cancelled my reservations for 4 rooms less than 24 hrs before arrival even though I made the reservations weeks in advance.

We had locals hanging out in the parking lot and 1 of them came and begged for money. No ice machine but you can buy a small ziplock bag in the office for $1. Office not always staffed so check in was a little stressful but someone showed up after a phone call. No where close to eat. Floors in the room were not level, but was clean and it was decent bed. Close to Glacier Park

The place was dirty, carpet stains everywhere. Blood spots on my quilt. My grandson found a bandaid in his bed. Very few outlets. Lights without bulbs. No hot water. No staff available to help with anything office locked more than it was open. Needless to say I was awful place to stay!!

We tried to contact them for two days. When you get a voicemail every time you call and no reply something’s fishy. We booked another hotel that actually had a person answer the phone and answered our questions and concerns. This hotel should be removed from your site!

Overpriced
The hotel reminded me of a seedy hotel from a horror movie. The room was cramped, remote didn’t work and bed was truly uncomfortable. I understand having a business but the owners need to take care of the facilities more and with the tribal casino/ hotel down the road they have to step it up.

Convenient location for access to east entrance to Glacier National Park, but it was overpriced for an older motel in average condition.

No manager on site, pack of dogs was running wild when we arrived making lots of noise. Tried to get new linens and nobody was there, tried to check out and nobody was there. Had to leave the room key outside of another room since nobody was available. Don’t stay here.

DO NOT STAY HERE
This hotel should not be open. We appeared to be the only guests. The office was a shambles. When we arrived, our room did not have towels, bath soap, toilet paper, hot water, a trash can, a working TV, or the promised wireless internet or continental breakfast. The name of the hotel is listed on hotels.com as Little HiltInns, but the name on the sign (and another hotels.com listing) is Going to the Sun Hotel. I had to look for the manager to check in and wake him up to check out.

-Signage is confusing, I believe it had "Going to the sun inn" as the actual sign and Little Hiltinns underneath. -Pictures are Not of the actual hotel rooms for Little Hitlinns? From what I can tell pictures appear to be of Going to the Sun Inn which is the main strip of rooms. Little Hiltinns is the strip of 5-6 rooms across the parking lot I think. -Staff were very friendly, and responsive to our uncleaned room. -However, the rooms (we saw more than one and talked to our neighbors) were in disrepair, missing smoke alarm in 1 for sure, missing electrical plates, TV did not work for sure in 1. -The rooms again were Not the ones pictured. I have stayed in cheap motels before, clean, minimal, but Never misleading. -I assume stray dogs roaming the town and the parking lot. Would not let kids be outside by themselves. -Tried to discuss with motel staff after we left early by phone but the number for Little Hiltinns does not work from google/expedia, but the Going to the Sun inn number does work if I recall correctly.
