Nothing to write home about
Rude front desk service. Very condescending. Room was meh. Only one sink, so took us longer to get ready. No mini fridge or microwave in room. For the price, and compared with other hotels I’ve stayed, I expected more.

When I arrived, I had no internet service and their password didn’t work. I kept asking the front desk to please help me and she couldn’t. I had another guest help me that was an inconvenience to her. It was late at night when I arrived so I got a bite at their restaurant in the Hotel. I was servers a Salmon with wilted brown salad. There were 3 elevators in the Hotel with only one working. They had a huge Convention and the elevator stoped on every floor. My floor was the 11th. I am handicapped so I spent most of my time in the elevator, stopping on every floor. When I left, I accidentally left my $350 dollar makeup mirror in the room. They insist that I pay for half of the shipping because of my experience. That was a week ago today. Spoke with Norma, and she promised she would get back to me yesterday. No call.. I’ve called on 3 seperate days now. Their customer service is just plain horrible. I probably will never see my mirror!

Not bad.
I overheard a conversation between a customer and the front desk. Apparently there is a charge to park at the entrance but no guarantee you will have the spot if you leave. Which I found strange as did the customer who paid extra for the parking. Two of the three elevators didn't work. Although we did get to use the service elevator which was kinda of sneaky and fun. Overall not bad.

Go somewhere else
We called before we got there and they said we could check in at 3pm. We showed up and the room wasn’t ready till 5:30pm. There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room. There were stains on the blanket. I was excited for room service, but they texted an hour after we got to our room to let us know they don’t have room service. I was bummed. Other than that, it wasn’t so bad. I won’t be going back though.

Worst hotel stay in years.
Will was rude from the beginning to the end of our stay. Rooms were not ready. Air did not work in our room, staff did nothing to even attempt to fix it. There was not a refrigerator in our room, even though it stated there would be on the app.

My kids said this was the worst hotel!
This was for a gymnastics tournament at the convention center adjacent the hotel. Full of families for the weekend. There was a power surge, 2 of 3 elevators were not working and the pool area was disgusting and no towels available for the pool which made the whole floor wet because the kids didn’t have towels to dry off with so every area was slip hazard.
