We did not use the Hotel to airport shuttle; however, it was advertised that it was available - your website did not say that we would have to pay a cab service for it - THEREFORE -IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

Requested an upper room with view and got it, thank you, with advice from a friend. Room was very spacious. Loved the table & chairs next to window. Could see far into the valley. Convenience store right next door for quick food. Watched CSU vs Colorado game...good sound and picture on TV. Shower separated from sink, likes the whole bathroom effect, with microwave and coffee all in one area, not spread thru the room. Close to shopping, with Wal Mart down the road Try the Mongolian Grill, which is just down the street. Good eats and great staff.

It is Rapid City so the riff raff was expected. The hotel does a good job with security. Tub had hair around the drain. Water pressure was horrible. Bed was okay. Restaurants in the area were marginal in quality. Room had a musty smell when we came back from being out most of the day. Was an economical option for our visit to Rushmore.

It was a very nice hotel that fit the bill. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to utilize the pool and activity room. There is always next time. I would definitely recommend.
