Earthquake nightmare
The location was clean and the customer service was great. However, there was a great deal of floor trembling that we felt in our original room. The receptionist was vey helpful in that she quickly changed our room however, the next room was only slightly less shaky. As I do experience vertigo, I opted to take my motion sickness medication. Unfortunately my fiance does not suffer from vertigo and she still felt the trembling our entire stay. The receptionist was able to shed some light on the situation and suggested the floor shaking could be due to th a.c units in the hallways. I did notice on check out day, there was a considerable less amount of floor shaking and the hallway units were turned off. This may be something to address as many people suffer from various equilibrium related issues and feeling "mini ongoing earthquakes" is not safe or helpful. In addition to the elevators lacking the necessary fire evac plans and one of the elevators being very dodgy (missing buttons, strange sounds), our stay was ok.

The property is old and dated! If you just need a place to lay your head, it may due. Sheets were dingy, pool looked decent.

Never Ever Again
Cannot understand why this room cost as much. We drive in and the parking lot already isn't clean, Orr maintained. Pot holes everywhere and beer bottles thrown all over the parking lot. Then as you walk in, not friendly welcoming. Just dark and only if someone hears you they come out to the front and in check-in she couldn't tell is what we needed to know she expected us to know where the elevators were. Also aperrently one of them were broken with no sign. Our room was horrible! Beds were dirty, sheets were dirty and uncomfortable to sleep on. Signs on the wall towards a empty room with tables thrown around where the vending machine were supposed to be. Feels like a jail, hall way was cold and unfriendly, people leaving towels outside their door and fridges outside of doors and pizza boxes, kids screaming and yelling until 3am! I think it was a shelter, couldn't even put us on a paying floor. 20% of people thought about masks to wear while walking around in the hotel room. Only good part was a late check out and I left early anyways!

Housekeeping did not clean room on 2 of 3 days despite me being out of room from 8AM until 7PM each day. Had to wait and make 2 calls each day to get new towels!
