My check in went well. I did have a couple issues with my stay. First one, even though this was the most expensive hotel room that I have ever stayed, the bathroom door did not close (as in the door actually would not shut at all). Then when I arrived I opted to use your valet service. I know I mentioned to check in associate that we would be leaving early on Monday morning to take my brother to near by hospital for a procedure, there was no mention of valet service not being available early in morning. We checked out by 5am (procedure was scheduled for 5:30). There wasn't anyone available to retrieve my vehicle. It took security associate quite a while to locate my vehicle & show us where it was. Fortunately we did make it to the hospital in time for his procedure. This was really not acceptable. It should be made abundantly clear if valet service is not available before a certain time in the morning. I will certainly be considering these issues when I am in need of a hotel room in the future.

My stay.
Room was clean, bathroom very clean. The hallway smelled musty. I was taken aback by the security door coming from the parking garage was unlock. I was approached by a homeless man in the garage asking for money. He stood and watched my car. The front desk person was very rude and unhelpful when checking in. Breakfast staff was great and checking out was pleasant.

We had reserved a room with a king size bed but when we checked in the front desk said they had no more king size beds available. So they put us in a room with two double beds and gave us coupons for free breakfast the next morning. Overall it worked it pretty good. The breakfast buffet was delicious and very friendly staff in the restaurant.
