This is an awesome resort to stay at. Top Notch, Five Stars. We had an Ocean Front with Balcony facing the pool and ocean. Saw the sunsets every night. Restaurants were all amazing, work out gym was fantastic. We went during Christmas week & the resort was beautifully decorated in the holiday spirit. Every turn thru the walk ways were Christmas trees and Poinsettias. We ate at Swan Court every morning and the buffet was great with a variety of foods. Waite Staff was always refilling your coffee or asking for anything we needed. We ate the Steakhouse on Christmas night. Amazing. We sat at different areas around the huge pool, to get different perspectives and even sat by the kiddie pool. Went down the water slide, had a Lava Flow at the grotto and the pool staff were friendly and amazing. Overall this place we would recommend highly to our friends and family.

A little overpriced but overall a nice resort.
The nightly room rate was a little overpriced, but we understand it was during the Christmas holidays. I’ve stayed in many hotels that had more comfortable beds and a microwave. Other than that, our view was beautiful, the staff was friendly, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was good.

Lovely visit!
Had a great time staying at Hyatt Regency. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Pool is relaxing and refreshing whether in it or not. Love all the waterfalls and running water throughout the place. Enjoyed seeing the penguins, birds, and swans. Loved dinner at Son’z. The steak just melted in my mouth. It is pricey though. Best drink by the pool was the Banana Mango Rush. All drinks are a little pricey.

The property was beautiful! The resort fees were a little crazy since we have to pay for food, parking and really everything else. The activities are mainly for children so we were not able to utilize that. Every staff member we came in contact with was amazing and helpful

I really enjoyed my stay here at the Hyatt. The staff was welcoming and friendly. There was plenty of chairs sitting around the various pools on the property and access to the ocean was fairly easy considering the repairs they have to make since the storm this past year. Having the penguins and birds was really nice and unique, which I enjoyed visiting these areas daily. The hotel rooms were spacious and always clean along with the rest of the property. My only negative experience was the hostess at ‘Umalu, which was one of the on-site restaurants, was not that friendly towards me. Other than that, I have an extremely pleasant time here and would definitely come back to this hotel.
