Nice rooms but limited convenience and services
Rooms are lovely but there is a lot that is just inconvenient, low amenity and limited service. There is no coffee available in the rooms or at the hotel until 7 AM, there is no ice available unless you go down to the front desk and ask for it and then they have to go to the bar to get it. The valet is not incredibly convenient, and there is no real staff at the hotel other than just one person sitting at the front desk so nobody can ever bring anything up to the room. if that’s what you’re expecting and it’s fine, but I was expecting a number for star hotel with basic conveniences for a business travel and same services. Also, the first night my room was over there loud bar, and the AC wasn’t working properly. They were reluctant to move me, but eventually did.

Was a nice clean hotel. Parking is valet. Not much other in choice. But that’s fine. However, THERE IS NO COFFEE!! Seriously! No coffee pot. No coffee in lobby. I will never stay here again for this one reason!!!

Party hotel
We picked this hotel because it’s near an event we’re attending. From other reviews about the noise on 6th st, I asked for a room that isn’t facing 6th st in hopes that it wouldn’t be so loud. Ironically we got room 214, not facing 6th st, but it was directly across the glass doorway from the hotel’s patio bar with a DJ blasting music till 12pm on Thursday! We were assured that the room wasn’t next to the party 😳 Luckily it was only for one night, and never again.

Fire the Front Desk Dudes
The staff was terrible. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. Questions were blown off. Snarky comments. Lazy lazy lazy. Check in set a terrible tone. Check out the same. Ordering coffee and a water was ridiculous. Can’t really describe the interaction. Just weird and offensive. Lobby bar closed at happy hour. Sat at bar for 5 minutes waiting for service. Had to ask the two knobs working the front desk of the bar was open. They didn’t have the energy to tell me the five minutes I was sitting there and they were looking at me. The were happy to tell me it was not open. Hotel itself is great. Beautiful rooms and design. Spacious. Just take care of your clients.

ARRIVE in Austin
Great hotel in an amazing location! The hotel is modern with great design. The rooms are large and spacy, with a seating area and large bathrooms. The staff is accommodating, helpful and friendly. The valet service was excellent as well, we never had to wait on our vehicle. As for the location, you are walking distance to great bars and restaurants. If you have littles, be prepared for a little noise at night, but it's nothing too loud. I always enjoy staying in this area because there is so much to do. And although this was my first stay with ARRIVE, it won't be my last! I highly recommend making this your Austin home!
