Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to the beach, and restaurants and shops on Waikiki; on the other hand, traffic noise was loud and amplified from Street noise into the hotel (from its concave shape) was distracting

It was nothing to write home about
The front desk lady was rude. They charged my room (I allowed) and she assumed the bill wasn’t settled (it definitely was) and she had security lock us out of our room. When she realized that she was incorrect, she never apologized or attempted to correct that way that situation had me feeling. It gave racist. The bed was comfortable, they offered a free 24 hour gopro rental, that was fun. The bathtub was clogged with hairs from the people before us, that was gross but they did send someone up to fix it, we never should have had to call them for that though, because that’s just gross. The view was nice, the bartenders were cool. Wasn’t impressed with what the pricetag was but at least I had somewhere to sleep. The location was great though if simple tourist fun is your thing!

Great location and view
We stayed in an ocean view room in the Tower. The balcony and the view was great. It was good to be able to enjoy a drink and a snack watching the ocean and street. The hotel is in a great location, just off Waikiki beach, and close to shopping and lots of food choices. The hotel is starting to look a little dated, but I expect it is due for a refurbishment soon.

You hear every noise from the streets below even though we were 8 stories up, Noise stoops at 9pm. No elevator in parking lot and we walked up 4 stories to car. Not good for people with mobility issues
