Stay was great. Love it here. Will go back again and again!
We came to the hotel around 4 PM. Mind you that check-in starts at 3 PM there is at this time a line of about 15 people and one person checking people in. There are two people for the Elite Bonvoy members and about six people waiting in line there. Why are there four people at bell service including a manager with no line? This is prime time check-in time absolutely ridiculous that this isn’t staffed accordingly. Picked an ocean king room - the view and room was great. However there are no amenities in the room like shower cap, robe or slippers. I find this strange for a Sheraton property- they actually sell hotel slippers in the gift shop downstairs which I find absurd. Upon checking into my room I found chocolate on my pillow and also all on the side of my bed on the floor. I called the front desk and surprisingly they did not offer a room change they just sent people to come and clean the carpets and change the sheets. They did offer however to waive my resort fees which was OK. It just makes me question their cleaning - as the corona pandemic is happening and they are missing these small things like are they REALLLY cleaning their hotel?
We have stayed there many times but this time most of the eating places in the hotel were closed due to covid19 and there was construction going on. I think the resort fee of $41.39 US per day is extremely high this covers basically wifi and phone calls and with the size of the hotel this cash flow to the hotel daily must be a staggering amount.
i liked the open space as soon as you walked in !! it is beautiful , also the convenience location in the middle of everything , it was amazing , will stay here again
We loved the location of the property sitting right in the action of everything and its convenience to majority of the restaurants in Waikiki! Beautiful resort with lots of upgrades going on! Will definitely stay here again in the future and bring my children!
Location is excellent. Pools are great and you cant beat the views!
Our favorite Hawaii spot. Thanks for keeping the panic down so we could enjoy our getaway.
The hotel rooms were recently renovated so it was great. Pool areas are fantastic. Waikiki beach is right at your doorstep. We also got to use the hospitality room To freshen up because our flight was at 10:50 pm. We don’t really have much complaints. Overall it was a great stay. Just that the resort fees don’t cover actual useful amenities like parking which is an added cost. The other thing is that the toilet paper was really super thin for a luxury hotel but I guess amidst the covid issue toilet paper supplies are in demand. The other issue are the pool guys always asking for wrist band while at the pool. It was okay to ask us once if we had the wrist band (meaning we are hotel guests and allowed to use the pool) but asking us 3 times in one day is kind of annoying. Maybe racist? The pillows are also super thin. Other than that the hotel was great.
There was ongoing construction work, although they tried their best to minimize impact. The maid in charge of our floor seemed very stressed...
Awesome views from the deluxe ocean view rooms. Nicest pool I have seen. Breakfast buffet is expensive for what it is. Sub par food and $40 per person.
