Overall is satisfied but caught by a 'SURPRISE'!
Satisfied with the room's condition and the bed was comfy enough. Was given the highest floor and the view and sunlight were awesome. But was caught in surprise during breakfast because of the unsealed fruits jams spread being served to me! Obviously a 'recycle' concept was applied here, but should not served me the unsealed and half eaten jams spread. An unopened leftover mini fruit jam spread could possibly acceptable but during the COVID-19 period, service lines should be more proactively maintain a higher standard of hygiene level. Extremely disappointed on this item.

Comfortable, clean, good value
It was good! The hotel is well maintained, toilets are clean, the facilities are great! The pool was big enough, clean, and not too crowded. The gym is adequate too (except because many equipment cannot be used due to social distancing, but understand this is to be in line with safety rules). The breakfast was not bad too, although we were not allowed to have refill of juice. Somehow the hotel is super cold though, but better cold than stuffy!

The concierge staff was so rude, they claim that they never receive my package when I came to approach them, but a few minutes later called me in my room mentioning that they had my package. They didn't check properly which was very careless. Room service call was always busy, never have I experienced a case like so when staying at the hotel. Also they don't serve water in their resto during breakfast, how odd is that. I think water should be pretty basic
