The staff were very friendly and eager to help. The restaurant was quite good. The rooms were slightly above average. The hotel itself was lovely.

Hotel overall was very nice. staff was very good and helpful. room were comfortable. Location is good but I didn't go out so I am not sure if its the best. Hotel needs a little upgrade but I was happy with my stay.

I have stayed in many Sheraton in my life through out USA and other parts of world. I found this Sheraton standard is mediocre. I was surprise to find out that they do not honor US dollars. Our whole transaction was done in Morocco’s currency. Being an American Hotel, I don’t understand why they would not accept USD? In compare to that in Barcelona, Spain, even a taxi driver gave us the option to pay Euro or USD.

The Hotel is in Down town. Breakfast buffet is nice , restaurant staff are super friendly . Toilets and showers need to be renovated as it seems very old .

Every thing was perfect. Bar staff were accomadating when we arrived early and arranged food for us. We were offered hot tea as soon as we stepped into the lobby . The swimming pool was to cool to swim in as with every pool in Morocco. They do not heat them as we could see. It is not in the most beautiful area.

The rooms are very dated, bathroom was not clean, and elevator key would not work. Our keys were reset twice and the night staff was not very friendly.
